Can the product be tried for free?

Yes. We offer free usage for one project with access to full functionality (except for the ability to add additional projects).

What is the best way for businesses to get started?

We recommend taking advantage of the free registration for the first project. This will create an account for your company. In order to create additional projects, use the "Manage Accounts" page to purchase units on a month-by-month basis. We accept Canadian dollars, Euros and US dollars.

What is the usage pricing of the website?

We calculate costs based upon blocks of 10 users for a 30 day period. For example, 20 users for 30 days will require a purchase of 2 units.

What is the refund policy?

We offer a 100%, no questions asked, refund for payments of the current 30 day period and paid future periods. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for past periods (i.e. periods that have already completed).

There may be a small service for refunds on payments that were made more than 60 days in the past.

Is a term commitment required?

No long or short term commitment is required. Our site is "pay as you go". We want all of our customers to be satisfied and if for some reason this is not the case, we offer a generous refund policy.

Which browsers are supported?

Our goal is to support all major browsers including: Firefox, IE, Opera, Chrome and Safari. We support Windows/Vista, Apple and Linux desktops.

Additionally, we also support Safari on the Apple iPad.

In the event that you encounter a problem with one of the above browsers, please contact us (via the contact page).

Are any software downloads required?

We are 100% web-based and as such, there is no requirement to download or install additional software onto your PC.

We do require that JavaScript and cookies be enabled on browsers. Additionally, in order to view PDF reports, either the Adobe PDF reader or an equivalent must be installed.

Does the software support task dependencies?

This is an often asked question!

Yes, we do support task dependencies. A task can be set to start only after one or more other tasks have been completed. In order to set a task dependency, click the task dropdown and select "Start after" option. From the dialog panel, you can add or remove task dependencies.
